We are working with an Elite Boutique Investment Bank, who is looking for an Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate to join their Healthcare ECM team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys working at pace, and is ready to make significant contributions.

In this crucial role as an Investment Banking Equity Capital Markets Senior Analyst/Associate you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and modeling specifically tailored for companies operating within the healthcare industry.
• Executing critical ECM transactions such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, private placements which fuel our clients' growth trajectories.
• Crafting persuasive pitch books along with developing presentations that align perfectly with client needs while also assisting them through various stages of marketing material preparation.

For success in this position:

• A minimum of 2-5 years experience directly involved in investment banking's ECM space (healthcare ECM experience preferred)
• Strong analytical , financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
